Buried under the mass of news today was this unbelievable item: according to reports, Trump is making the U.S. citizens from Puerto Rico pay for evacuation flights off the island -- and if they have no money, he plans to take their passports until they pay up. And this comes just days after several members of Trump's team were caught charging hundreds of thousands of dollars to taxpayers so that they could fly in private jets to questionable "events".
