What is a chickencamel?
A chickencamel is a mix between a chicken and a camel. The chickencamel was originally found in its native habitat in the desert area of Australia, but has since spread towards other areas of the world, including southern states of the US.
Who is behind the site?
Gary R. Hess. I have developed, written and designed this site along with the others by myself: EyeofDesign, Yumtio.us, PoemofQuotes and Poetry and More.
I have been a web developer since early 2003, starting with a small poetry website on Yahoo, then moved to other platforms and finally developed what has become to Poetry and More. Once the site grew, I changed the development over to PoemofQuotes and added more poetry, biographies, quotations and tools for writers along with creating a poetry community on the same domain.
Why should I believe you?
Well, that’s tricky. Although I have been doing developing for four years, which might seem like a lifetime in the web development field, I still have much to learn. When you are interested in a field you love, you want to know everything there is to know about it. And of course when there is money involved, it makes learning all that much more worthwhile. That’s why I have created this blog–to share my learnings with others.
